The Tech Top 40 awards celebrate the 40 fastest growing technology companies in Connecticut. Selection is based on the percentage revenue growth over four years from 2007-2010. Defibtech was named one of the fastest growing companies in the life sciences category for the fifth year in a row. (September 2011)
The Defibtech Lifeline VIEW AED was recognized by the 24th annual Excellence in Design Awards Competition with a Silver Award in the medical equipment category. (May 2011)

The Good Design Award is the oldest design competition in the world, founded in Chicago in 1950 by the pioneering greats of American and modern design. The jury found Defibtech's Lifeline AED worthy of the Good Design Award for product distinction.

Defibtech has been ranked in the top 5 fastest growing technology companies in the life sciences category in 2009, 2008 and in 2007 Defibtech was ranked the number one fastest-growing technology company in the state.
The CQIA is America\'s oldest state-level Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. It is the state\'s leader for creating and recognizing quality and performance excellence in Connecticut. Baldrige trained examiners evaluated the DefibtechMD program and awarded the gold award to Defibtech. (July 2006)
