State of Maine Takes Delivery of more than 220 Defibtech AEDs
GUILFORD, CT– February 2, 2004 – Defibtech, manufacturer of the

Defibrillator), today announced that the state of Maine has selected the
company's AEDs for deployment through their state.
The affordable pricing of the Lifeline AED allowed the state of Maine to
purchase more than 220 Lifeline defibrillators through a Federal grant
provided under the Congressional Rural Access to Emergency Devices Act.
These AEDs will be deployed throughout rural communities in fire and
emergency services vehicles, police vehicles, and community facilities.
